Wash and dry your hands
Clean hands keep things simple and clean. That's it.

3 pumps to the external area
Press the pump 3 times onto a clean fingertip and apply gently around the vulva and labia - the outer area. This is where most women feel dryness and burning first.

3 pumps to the internal walls
Another 3 pumps on your fingertip. Apply just inside the vaginal opening (as far as is comfortable - about an inch is plenty) and along any spots that feel sore or uncomfortable. No applicator needed.

Lie down for 10-15 minutes
Stay lying down while it absorbs. That's why bedtime is best - you're already horizontal, and overnight absorption gives the tissue the longest possible contact.
What To Expect, Week By Week
Estriol doesn't work overnight. What's happening is a gradual rebuilding of tissue - cell by cell.
6 pumps every night. The first thing most women notice is that the burning and rawness settles. Use the full dose every single night - this is the rebuilding phase.
3 pumps, 2-3 nights a week. Maintenance dose. The tissue has been restored - now you're keeping it that way. Most women feel a real difference in daily comfort and intimacy by this point.
1 pump, as needed. On nights you just want a little extra moisture - not the full maintenance dose - use a single pump applied externally. Listen to your body.
