We stand behind Vivia Intimate Bloom with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of the date of purchase.

This guarantee applies whether your bottle is unopened, partially used, or fully used. You do not need to return an unused or sealed product to qualify — even empty bottles are accepted. There is no requirement to prove how the product was used.

If you decide Vivia is not right for you, simply contact us within the 90-day window and we will process a full refund of the purchase price for the order in question.

How to Request a Refund

  • The name and email address used to place the order
  • Your order number, if you have it available
  • A brief note that you would like to use the 90-day money-back guarantee

We will confirm your request by email and let you know if any further information is needed. If we ask you to return a physical product, we will provide return instructions and the address to use. Do not send any product back before contacting us — returns sent without prior arrangement may be delayed.

What Is Eligible

The 90-day money-back guarantee covers purchases of Vivia Intimate Bloom made directly through this website, including the first delivery of a subscription order. Both one-time orders and subscription orders are eligible for a refund when the request is made within 90 days of the relevant purchase.

Vivia Intimate Bloom is a topical cosmetic product (estriol with hyaluronic acid) intended for external intimate use and sold over the counter. Refund eligibility under this policy is not affected by whether the product was opened or used.

Subscriptions: Cancellation vs. Refund

Vivia Intimate Bloom is available as a recurring subscription, with 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month plans. Subscription plans renew automatically and you will be charged for each new shipment at the start of its billing cycle until you cancel.

It is important to understand the difference between cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund:

  • Cancelling stops future charges and future shipments. It does not, by itself, refund a payment you have already made.
  • A refund returns money you have already paid for an eligible order, in line with the 90-day money-back guarantee above.

To cancel your subscription and avoid being charged for the next renewal, email info@byvivia.com before your next renewal date. Once we process your cancellation, no further charges will be made and no further shipments will be sent. To make sure your cancellation is applied in time, please contact us a reasonable period before your renewal date rather than on the day of billing.

Any payment you have already made remains refundable within its own 90-day window under the money-back guarantee, even after you cancel future renewals. If you would like both to stop future charges and to be refunded for a recent payment, please say so in your email and we will handle both.

How and When Refunds Are Processed

Payments are processed through Stripe. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order — we are not able to refund to a different card or account.

Once we issue a refund, please allow a few business days for it to appear on your statement. This processing time is set by your bank or card issuer and is outside our control, so the exact timing may vary.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items

We want every order to arrive in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at info@byvivia.com as soon as possible after the expected delivery date.

Where possible, please include your order number and, for a damaged or incorrect item, a photograph showing the issue. We will work with you to put it right, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund. You will not be charged again to correct an error that was ours or that occurred in shipping.
